A few simple details

What counts as a feed post?

A Reel, single-image post or carousel each counts as one feed post. Reels are up to 60 seconds long. Carousels include up to 5 slides and use your branded layouts, photos and agreed topics.

What counts as a Story?

One photo, graphic or short video clip made from your monthly content. Stories are separate from your feed posts.

Who posts the content?

Starter: You post everything.

Signature: We schedule your feed posts. You share the Stories.

Premium: We publish your included feed posts and Stories.

Included publishing covers Instagram and Facebook using the same content. Sharing to both platforms counts as one piece of content.

Are the Makayla or Tyler videos extra?

Premium includes 2 creator-led videos within its 7 monthly Reels. These videos are made for your business’s pages. Posting to Makayla’s or Tyler’s personal accounts is priced separately.

Can I request changes?

Yes. Every package includes one round of editing changes per monthly batch. Send your changes together in one list. Additional edits and reshoots are quoted separately.

Are the weekly numbers exact?

Weekly numbers are estimates. Your package includes the fixed monthly totals listed above.

What costs extra?

Daily Story coverage, replies to comments or messages, extra filming, custom designs beyond the agreed layouts, travel outside the agreed service area and posts on personal creator accounts are quoted separately.
