Is this a monthly payment?
No. Each price covers one campaign. Want an ongoing partnership? Let's talk.
Who posts the videos?
We do. Spotlight and Signature use one agreed creator account. The Clibon Campaign uses both.
What is a Story?
One photo or short video on Instagram Stories. It normally stays up for 24 hours.
How long are the videos?
Up to 60 seconds each.
Can we help choose what you show?
Yes. For paid campaigns, we agree on what to feature before filming. We speak in our own voice and share our honest experience.
Can we review the videos?
Paid campaigns include one round of small edits and factual corrections before posting. New ideas, extra edits or another filming visit cost extra.
Can we share the videos?
You can share our live posts using Instagram's sharing tools. Downloading the videos, posting copies or using them in ads needs a separate agreement.
How long do the videos stay on your pages?
Paid campaign videos stay live for at least 90 days, unless Instagram removes them or we agree otherwise.
Will you tell us how they did?
Yes. Paid campaigns include a short summary of available views, reach, reactions and Story results, sent about 14 days after the final video goes out.
Do you guarantee views or sales?
No. We promise the videos and posting listed in your booking. Results vary.
What might cost extra?
Travel outside the agreed area, extra filming, other platforms, unedited footage, advertising use or an agreement not to work with competitors. Meals, products, stays and admission needed for the experience are agreed before booking.
Will you manage our business's page?
These packages cover features on our pages. Managing your accounts and creating your regular business posts are separate services.
Will people know it's a partnership?
Yes. We clearly label paid and gifted features.
